The 31st Golden Bear Civil Defense Corporation provides support to our communities in the event of any state and/or national disaster or emergency, through the participation in CERT, Civil Defense, and local town activities and in support of our local government, local law enforcement and state and county law enforcement agencies.
The 31st Golden Bear Civil Defense Corporation is a Professional Citizen Concept meaning that the normal dad, mother, wife, husband, brother, son, daughter etc will be most likely to be treated as an afterthought, left with no real way to sort through the mess and find a starting point.
As Professional Citizen Concept we must train and execute in a resource constrained environment. We will use military tactics as a starting point because they are proven and are the most available resource for us to reference.
We will be referencing only those task that directly relate to an anticipated Citizen missions.
